Our brief from Ecosure was to create a moulding tool that would manufacture multiple plastic grids to fit their pre-existing product. This would also be used on additional items so their sizes had to be taken into account also.
We made good use of our Laser cutting machine to create matching halves of this intricate mould. Each one of the 36 supporting cones were CNC turned to a high standard.
